The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners approved the Gateway85 CID Overlay District, which will help to enhance the vitality and livability of the district by ensuring properties are properly maintained. The legislation will help Gateway85 CID reach its goals concerning pedestrian access, building design, natural resources, economic development, transit and more. Gateway85 CID will continue to work to attain a unified and pleasing visual aesthetic, resulting in an increase in economic development opportunities while also improving modes of transportation and overall property values.
