Gateway85 Community Improvement District Holds Caucus of Electors, Elects a New Board Member, and Re-Elects Two Current Members

Norcross, GA May 23, 2022 –During the Caucus of Electors that was held as a part of its board meeting on Wednesday, May 18, 2022, Gateway85 Community Improvement District (GW85 CID) elected Elliot Williams, vice president – Link Logistics Real Estate to Post 5 and re-elected two current board members to Posts 1 and 4, respectively, to serve a three-year term on the board.

Williams will join eight other board members working to enhance the economic impact, mobility and accessibility of Gateway85 through projects and collaborative partnerships with organizations like the Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC), State Road and Tollway Authority (SRTA) and the Georgia Infrastructure Bank (GTIB), the Georgia and Gwinnett Departments of Transportation and the Gwinnett County government. Tim Le, broker/owner, Atlanta Maxim Realty International, was re-elected to Post 1 and will continue to serve as Secretary and Ryan Hoyt, senior managing director with JLL, was re-elected to Post 4 and will continue as Vice Chairman on the Gateway85 Board of Directors.

Williams has more than 12 years of experience in industrial capital markets with a demonstrated history of working in the commercial real estate industry. He has superior analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills with a strong understanding of economic drivers that affect commercial real estate on a regional and national level. Prior to joining Link, Williams was with JLL in the Industrial Capital Markets division and began his career in commercial real estate with Colliers International.

Tim Le is an entrepreneur with a focus on real estate development and project management through Atlanta Maxim Realty International in Norcross. Le is also involved with multiple professional boards and community organizations, including the Asian Real Estate Association of America, Greater Atlanta Chapter (Past President), Georgia Vietnamese American Chamber of Commerce and more.

Ryan Hoyt is a leader with JLL Atlanta’s industrial group and is responsible for overseeing the strategic development and growth of the industrial transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leases, site selection and build-to-suits.
