Gateway85 CID is seeking a part-time or full-time program manager who will physically connect with Gateway85 member businesses along Jimmy Carter Boulevard and throughout the remainder of the district to increase member identification, engagement and satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contact current members and increase awareness of Gateway85 CID’s efforts to rebrand Jimmy Carter Boulevard, along with educating about the CID’s programs, projects and studies
  • Collect member information and share with the CID and its marketing support
  • Event management experience to organize and hold quarterly member town halls to provide updates on district happenings (can be Zoom meetings)
  • Execute a member satisfaction survey in coordination with the marketing team at least twice a year
  • Develop a resource guide of services provided by member companies to include on the Gateway85 website
  • Take photos of members to provide to marketing for use on the website, newsletter and social media
  • Collect information on buildings or properties available for lease to post on the website
  • Conduct a needs assessment of existing businesses along Jimmy Carter Boulevard to launch a potential community grant program to improve parking lots, building facades, etc.

Qualifications/Experience Desired:

  • Possesses a high degree of management and leadership skills
  • Senior-level expertise (10+ years) in sales and customer service management or customer relationship management
  • Expertise in building business relationships with partners, prospective members and government officials
  • Program development and product launch expertise to create initiatives to meet the needs of Gateway85 members
  • Marketing experience to position the benefits of being within CID boundaries/member benefits
  • Possesses a high degree of organization and multitasking skills to track business contacts, identify unknown members and enter contact information into a database to share with marketing for added outreach and education
  • Ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Cost control and budgeting skills related to project expenditures and goals
  • Teamwork and motivational skills
