How To Spend A Day in Gateway85, with guest Commissioner Ben Ku
Thank you for being an amazing leader in our community! Tell our readers a little bit about yourself and how you enjoy Gateway85.
What role do you play in the Gateway85 district?
District 2 Commissioner, Gwinnett County.
Tell us how you’d spend the perfect day exploring Gateway85. What’s first on your agenda? Do you grab a quick coffee or fuel up with breakfast?
Picking up Breakfast at Dunkin Donuts
How about some shopping? Where do you shop locally?
I enjoy supporting our local card and games store – Dabbers, or the local farmer’s market Nam Dae Mun.
What’s for lunch? Do you grab a quick bite or sit down for a local meal?
For a quick bite, I will grab a Bacon & Gruyere Sous Vide Egg Bites from Starbucks, but if I’m sitting down for a meal you can’t go wrong with Thai Restaurant of Norcross or Ashiana Banquet Hall & Restaurant [located at the Global Mall].
We know you’re busy doing amazing things in the community, but where do you spend your free time?
Pre COVID, Friday nights at Dabbers was a great activity! However, during the summer I’m at our neighborhood (Smoketree) pool.
