Questions/Request for Information
Due Date – 5p.m. Tue. 11/22/2016 at CID office
Bid Due ~2p.m. Wed. 12/6/2016 at CID office
It should be noted that the Bids will not be made public until after the Board of Directors award the contract. This is due to the fact that “package bids” may be awarded or negotiated and it is the intent of the CID to have the original bid costs sealed to protect the integrity of the bid process during the review process. No individual meetings will be held, nor phone calls or emails be permitted to discuss matters related to this contract after the Question period has ended.
The CID will review the proposals and rank the respondents. The company ranked number 1 will be notified and there will be a meeting to do final scope and budget negotiation. This meeting will be held before December 7th to allow board action at the next scheduled meeting.
Bid Award Thursday. 1/12/2016 at CID October board mtg. (7:30am)
Contract Start Date 1/16/2017
Please note: Bids shall be delivered to the CID office in a sealed envelope by the above stated time. Bids received after this time will not be opened. The fees shall be placed in a separate sealed enveloped inside of the bid envelope. This will be a Value based evaluation.
Right of Acceptance or Rejection
The CID reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to waive any irregularity or informality in any proposal or in the RFP procedure and to be the sole judge of the responsibility of any proposer and the suitability of the materials and/or services to be rendered.
Costs for Preparation
The CID is not liable for any costs incurred by the proposers prior to the signing of the contract.
