Statement Regarding MARTA CEO Jeff Parker

The board of Gateway85 Community Improvement District and I are deeply saddened by the loss of MARTA CEO Jeff Parker. He was a true visionary in the world of transit and committed to reaching the next level of connectivity in both DeKalb and Gwinnett Counties.
His impact on MARTA over the past four years was significant and we are hopeful that his legacy will be carried forward.
His intelligence, good humor and kind smile will be greatly missed throughout the entire metro Atlanta region.
