Larry Campbell was excited for the ribbon cutting on March 14 to unveil the new Norcross-based community center for Corners Outreach, the nonprofit he heads.
But what made it even more special for Campbell was the surprise announcement he made of who will be joining Corners Outreach in the building, located at 854 Shackleford Rd.
