Join Gateway85 CID, Partnership Gwinnett and Avison Young on Oct. 23, from 3 – 5 p.m. at Eagle Rock Distributing Co. for a FREE workshop on the massive tax benefits available from Federal and State Opportunity Zones.  Did you know Gateway85 CID is the only CID in Gwinett County to have both a Federal and State OZ?  The free workshop will help define the benefits of Opportunity Zones and the differences between State and Federal OZs.  In addition, Gateway85 CID will provide an update on the current freight study to ease traffic congestion and more.
